Pr Gonzalo Barriga, and colleagues from University of Chile led a study on challenging samples, using transcriptomics approaches and the unique performances of Magelia®, recently published in the journal Viruses.
Miniaturization of reactions, which improves kinetics, paired with highly precise manipulation of magnetic beads were at the heart of the unique approach of this study, all key features provided by Magelia® innovative technology. Enrichment of such complex samples can be improved by enhancing customary lab techniques with molecular enrichment in Magelia®.
