Innovative research published on Glycan Sample Processing Towards Diagnostic Applications for Congenital Disorders of Glycosylation, enabled by Magelia® technology

Inorevia is proud to announce that collaborators from Institut Galien Paris-Saclay have published an article in the journal Analytica Chimica Acta, entitled “Lab-in-droplet: From glycan sample treatment toward diagnostic screening of congenital disorders of glycosylation”

Théo Liénard—Mayor and his colleagues from the research group led by Thanh Duc Mai and Myriam Taverna developed a new method for glycan sample processing towards diagnostic applications for Congenital Disorders of Glycosylation (CDG).

Based on their team expertise for the development of miniaturized sample prep and Inorevia's Magelia® technology for high efficiency miniaturization, they successfully applied the method for profiling glycans in human sera, serving for diagnostic screening of CDG, in collaboration with Bichat hospital in Paris.

Magelia® technology enabled high quality glycan sample processing allowing high performance analysis through Capillary Electrophoresis Laser-Induced Fluorescence (CE-LIF), underlying once again Magelia® unparalleled performances and versatility on multi-omics applications.
